Information we handle

• For approved coaches, Google Sign-In provides a name and email address so the scheduler can verify identity and permissions.
• Coaches may add class assignments, curriculum selections, notes, and resource links or files.
• Students can view the public schedule without creating an account or providing personal information.
• A secure session cookie may remember an approved coach on a device for up to 30 days.

How information is used

Coach identity information is used only to control access and determine which classes a coach may manage. Schedule information is used to maintain the coaching workspace, update the shared Google Calendar, and display the public student calendar.

The scheduler does not sell personal information or use coach information for advertising.

Services that support the scheduler

Google provides authentication, Sheets, Calendar, and Drive services used by the scheduler. Cloudflare provides hosting, delivery, and security services. Those providers process information according to their own privacy terms while delivering these services.

Retention and control

Class records and resources remain available until an administrator updates or removes them. Approved coaches may sign out at any time. To request correction or removal of account-related information, contact the scheduler administrator.
