Terms of use
These terms describe appropriate use of the coaching workspace, public class calendar, and shared resources.

Using the schedule
The student calendar is provided for convenient class planning. Schedule details may change, so students should check the current calendar and follow gym announcements.
Coach access
The coaching workspace is limited to approved accounts. Coaches must use their own Google account, protect access to their devices, and make only authorized schedule changes. Administrators may update or remove access when responsibilities change.
Class content and resources
Coaches are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of class notes and resources they add. A coach must have permission to share any uploaded file or linked material and must not submit unlawful, harmful, or confidential content.
Availability
The scheduler is provided as available and may occasionally be interrupted by maintenance or third-party services. Reasonable efforts are made to keep schedule information current, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

These terms may be revised as the scheduler evolves. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply. Questions may be sent to travis.rudd@gmail.com.
